The fifth session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee to prepare a global legally binding instrument on mercury (INC5) was held at the Geneva International Conference Centre (CICG), Geneva, Switzerland from 13 to 19 January 2013, over the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). For the first time at the University of Geneva takes place a TEDx conference, named TEDxUNIGE, on the 26th November, 2012.
