This all-encompassing system allow for one platform to centralize all crucial information a business needs for efficient management of resources. The system can be fully personnalized to match clients needs. It is multi-users, integrates an advanced right-management allowing for differential access to available information, can manage a complex agenda and monitor personnel assignements and duties. Administrators can access to detailed reports categorized by people / places / days / type of activities / material involved, and interact with personnel on duty using a wide range of tools and communication means. The interface is multi-platform. The website is W3C compliant and designed with all latest standards in mind. SafeWest Security agency, a firm whose solid experience, knowledge and military background makes it the only one of its kind in Switzerland, opted to have its official website realized by GlobalVision Multimedia who has been in charge of offering a multi-page CMS platform, allowing for the firm to monitor and edit the contents in its rapidly changing environment. The range of services offered by SafeWest Security are not only limited as a provider of security protection personnel. It also range to the more technical aspects of physical and formation and training, security consulting and high-value goods transportation. The website is to adress an international audience and is available in french and in english. The SafeWest Security Agency is located in Switzerland, but it personnel operates worldwide and speaks fluently a wide range of languages to match with their clients needs. SI/E member database

Soroptimist International of Europe (SI/E) is a continental federation for Soroptimist International, women organization with worldwide presence and consultative status at the UN ECOSOC commission. Looking for a more flexible and decentralized way to administer their populated and complex member database, SI/E requested expertise of GlobalVision's multimedia team to help simplify the whole thing. After a first analysis, we submitted our recommandations to organize the data in a more instinctive and overall more simple way. As the result of this, several tens of thousands of personnal and organisationnal data have been recompiled and re-arranged to allow for a new generation of modification and access. The database is now all accessible through an online interface where one can manage and/or access the data, sort them by country, club or name, print listings, export .XLS documents and many other possibilities for a better administration. The database is private and only accessible to members of SI/E.
